I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious layout and cleanliness of the Thompson Residence. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The hotel is conveniently located near the back entrance of a shopping center, allowing for easy access to amenities. I would recommend this hotel for its value and pleasant stay.

That the hotel had a deposit policy which required 1000 to 2000 Baht for incidentals. It would have been helpful to have this information clearly stated in the fine print to avoid any surprises.

We had an excellent stay at this place. The staff provided us with friendly and attentive service throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us, as it was not in the city center but still allowed for easy access to the city center via the boat. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the stadium nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The balcony provided a nice spot to relax and enjoy the view. The hotel facilities were also great, with a swimming pool and garden area. The on-site car park made it convenient for us to have our vehicle.

The hotel's facilities need significant improvement. the rooms are old and poorly maintained with peeling tables and cramped bathrooms with low water pressure.

The 11th floor room had an awesome city view, was cosy and tidy, and had good air conditioning. The staff was kind and allowed us to store our bags for the day. There were two big malls nearby.

The cleaning standards were very poor with the upgraded room being dirty and dusty, causing irritation and sickness. Only a small amount of toiletries provided, with dirty and bird-poo-covered balcony.
